This statement can be attributed to NHCOA President &amp; CEO Yanira Cruz:<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NHCOA is dedicated to advocating for accessible health care for all Americans. In light of a recent report put out by the PBM Accountability Project, NHCOA is joining the many voices who are asking policymakers to provide meaningful industry standards and transparency in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) play a crucial role in determining patient access and the cost of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.health-canada-pharmacy.com\" target=\"_blank\">prescription drugs<\/a> for consumers, but routinely prioritize profits over people. Living and aging in the best possible health should be a right, not a privilege; nobody should be paying dearly for the prescriptions they rely upon.
