These<strong> triggers are usually conditioned by the patient&#8217;s environment<\/strong>, and can include tobacco smoke, dust mites, air pollution, cockroach allergens, pet hairs, mold, smoke or grass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d6e5ae42daa555125bab3be2ecdcf328 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">The following conditions are also possible <strong>triggers for asthma<\/strong> reactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Influenza (flu) associated infections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sinusitis, allergies, and certain chemicals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heartburn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical exercise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain medications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bad weather, including high humidity or cold dry air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain foods, additives, and fragrances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>States of anxiety or panic, if hyperventilation occurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-57a03ce74b0e4491770e0643426ef31b wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Remember, these triggers are not universal, and are related to the degree of severity of your asthma type. With any type of asthma, it is important to <strong>learn from your trusted physician about the best treatment for you and how to manage your symptoms, with regular check-ups to keep track of your condition<\/strong>. A plan of action against asthma attacks is an integral part of any treatment plan, complete with steps to follow when symptoms occur. It is recommended that you share your plan with a trusted person who can act together with you in case of an asthma attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b85f7559a5365a654427a3dcd59099ce wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">To know if the treatment is working, there are <strong>several indicators you can check in your day-to-day activities<\/strong>. If you only need to use your rescue inhaler less than 2 times a week, or if you can perform your normal activities (including exercise) with ease, it is likely that your treatment plan is making a positive impact on your condition.
